1. Service Description
Savorar provides independent restaurants with a custom website, online ordering system, and management dashboard. The service is offered on a subscription basis at $79/month following a one-time setup fee of $2,000.
2. Zero Commission Policy
Savorar charges no commission on orders processed through your platform. The monthly subscription fee is your only recurring cost. This policy is permanent and will not change during the term of your subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide an export of all your data including menu items, order history, and customer information.
4. Setup Fee
The $2,000 setup fee is non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you cancel prior to design commencement, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
